What is a NOW Run & Lift Session like?
Our unique Run & Lift sessions under the stars (immersive lights) are designed to take you to a higher level of fitness and to effectively burn up to 1,000 calories. High-intensity cardio interval training on the Woodway treadmill alternating with targeted strength exercises on the floor, structured as a split training throughout the week for visible results. Great music playlists and our worldwide unique immersive light experience guarantee party vibes and let you sprint even faster, lift even heavier weights on the bench. Our workouts are hard, but fun with our well-trained coaches and community, which also keep your accountability and make sure you get the results you want. You leave stronger and happier.
What are the benefits of Run & Lift class – do I get fitter & healthier?
Yes, Run & lift is a great workout. You burn up to 1’000 calories and get lean muscles. We combine running (cardio) on premium woodway treadmills with strength training on the floor with dumbells, hip bands and kettlebells.
How do I get started/book a session?
Download our app via the following links (android, iphone) and book a session of your choice. It’s called tone. app (tone. are our partners studios). We are open 7 days/week. The ideal start for first timers is our special promotion called Intro Offer new client specials.
Do I need to create an account? How can I reset my password in the tone. app?
Yes, please create an account via app or online. It only takes a few clicks and makes your bookings faster and easier and helps us to keep you accountable and make sure you reach the results you want.
You can directly do it in the tone. app by click on “forgot password”.
How far in advance can I book sessions?
You can book sessions up to 4 weeks in advance.
How long are your workouts?
50 minutes (combination workout Run & Lift in one)
Is there a bar to buy water or other beverages?
Yes, we have our own Prots & Coffee bar where you can buy water and other beverages for the workout, high-quality protein shakes or organic coffee after the workout.
Do you offer locker rooms, showers and towels?
Yes. We provide changing room for women and men with lockers, showers, towels (large shower towel & small workout towel included in session price), beauty products, Soeder soaps, shampoo and conditioner, toilets and a community area for you to connect before and after sessions. We offer our own Prots & Coffee Bar with high Premium Protein Shakes (nutriathletic protein) for muscles, better recovery and health before or after your workout.
What should I wear to a Run & Lift session?
Fitness apparel and indoor running shoes.
What happens when I am waitlisted?
Through our waitlist we organize requests for session reservations once the class is full. If someone cancels more than 6- hours prior to the session starts, they will automatically receive the credit back on the account and the first person on the waitlist is immediately sent an email or push notification to either accept or reject the spot. If the spot is still available 1 hour before the session all clients on the waitlist are contacted and the first who signs in, gets the spot. If you prefer you can also come to the studio and wait if someone is a “no-show” so you can take their spot.
Can I join the session as a first timer? I’ve never done a Run & Lift session before, can I still join?
Oh yes. Our desk team explains to you the workout, explains to you the treadmill and let you know where your spot is. Take it easy the first workout, make sure you feel safe and comfortable. You will see after the first time you know everything how it works, and you can start to workout hard while having fun.
Can I join the sessions after an injury or workout break?
Let our coaches know about any injuries or concerns before the session. They can offer modifications. Take it easy and build it up again, workout for workout.
What are your prices/rates and payment options?
You can find all our pricing here. We accept credit card and Twint. Bank transfer is accepted only for prepaid memberships.
What are your member benefits?
As a member you are not only training for less (lowest session price) but also get amazing member perks like;

Do you offer special discounts for students?
Yes we offer 20% off on our 10/20 Session Package and on our popular Memberships. To get it write an email to team@onenow.fit and attach a copy of your student card.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions for long-term clients?
We do offer memberships and loyalty programs as well as friends & family specials. Write us to team@onenow.fit.
Can I bring guests to my session? Do you offer friends vouchers?
Yes, you are welcome to bring friends, work colleagues, family members or guest to your session. At NOW we workout hard while having fun together. Community is an important value for us. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring additional people. We also offer special friends passes and discounts for First Timers just write to team@onenow.fit.
How can my friend train as well at NOW (referral program)?
As a member you can invite them for the first time for free to a session. As a non-member you can get a Bring a friend discount of CHF 20 for a Single Session or Intro Offer. When your friend becomes member you get 10% kick back bonus on your account.
What are your studio opening hours?
Our studios are open around our sessions. Please check sessions time per studio. General opening hours are mostly around 6.30-9.30, 11-13.30 and 16.30-20.30. Please note that these hours may vary depending on holidays or special events. You can check online for changes as well.
How do you ensure client confidentiality and privacy?
We prioritize privacy and confidentiality in our studio. We ensure that any personal data shared with us is always treated confidentially. The personal data is only stored by the service provider and only used to set up and transact the user relationship for the intended purpose. We follow best practices for data protection and confidentiality to maintain the trust of our clients. Your data is not given to other parties.

When do myclubs bookings get accepted/declined?
Clients who book through our website or app get priority. There are only specific timeslots with a limited amount of spots for myclubs clients. Myclubs clients get only accepted if those specific spots are free. The acceptance of myclubs clients lies with NOW studio management. In case of questions please contact your provider, e.g. myclubs and please do not e-mail or call us directly.
How can I provide feedback or suggestions for improvement?
We are always open for feedback and happy to hear how we can make your experience even more exceptional. Just write us an email to team@onenow.fit.
Are children or dogs allowed in the studio?
Children and dogs are allowed in the studio if they can stay by themselves (without care) and calm in the community/reception room. Only small dogs are allowed to leave alone occasionally. We do not take over any responsability.
Can I take a session if I'm pregnant?
It is recommended to keep working out to stay fit, so that giving birth goes better, in particular in the first two trimester. In the last trimester it is recommended do avoid too much fitness. Of course it depends always as well on your fitness level and health. If you’re unsure, please discuss this with your doctor first.
How important is proper form/execution when working out?
It is crucial to prevent injuries and maximize the effectiveness of the workout. Our coaches will guide you and are here for you. It is always recommended to prioritize form/proper execution over the amount of weight lifted or number of repetitions.
How can I stay motivated to work out regularly?
Join our vibrant community. Our memberships are the best way to train for less and get special perks as well. We will set specific goals for you and track your progress, our coaches and team motivate you each time to workout regularly, you can bring your friends and find new workout buddies and friends, can attend community events, parties, and collaborations. How often should I work out?
We recommend 1-4 sessions per week depending on your fitness level and other fitness activities. It is generally recommended to aim for at least 150 minutes of exercise per week, and to have at least 1 rest day per week. If you need guidance book a counseling with us.
What can I do with my credits if I move?
If you are leaving Switzerland and won’t be returning, you can reassign your credits to a colleague or a friend by contacting us directly.
