What are you workout rules?
We love to workout hard and have fun. We have 3 simple rules so everyone gets the most out of their sessions.
Please turn off the phone, connect with community and music. Of course, silent mode is allowed for emergency calls or to take workout pictures.
Please follow our coach cues and directions and avoid unnecessary cross-talking as it disturbs the group workout experience.
Please check in at the desk at least 5 minutes prior to the session or your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. If you are running late we have a 5 minute late policy to enter via back door. If you are a first timer, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the session so our team can assist with studio tour and set-up..
What is your being late policy?
You may cancel or reschedule your bookings up to 6 hours prior the session starts. Your credit will be refunded on your account for later usage. Your credit will not be refunded if the cancellation is made under the 6-hour window or if there is a “no-show”. In case of a no-show with an “Unlimited” package, a penalty of CHF 20 will be charged, as you have booked a spot, which could not have been used by another client.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please send us an email to team@onenow.fit to change or cancel your membership the latest 30-days before your memberships ends. Before renewing your membership, we are contacting you. We also offer special loyalty programs for extensions.
Can I freeze my credits?
Our members can freeze their credits for absences, holidays, illness, emergencies up to 6 times with 12-month commitment, up to 3 times with 6-month commitment. The maximum time per freeze is 4 weeks. Please note that freezing of Single Sessions, unlimited or 5/10/20 Packages is not allowed except for or emergencies allowed once, with a valid reason.
When do my credits expire?
Different packages have different expiration dates, the larger the given package of credits, the longer the period of validity. Please check when buying. If you are injured, you can extend your credits when you provide a medical note.
Can I get my credit back if I have an emergency?
We have a one-time exception policy for late cancellations in case of emergencies. Please call us so we can refund your credit the first time. After this (from a 2nd time onwards), we cannot give the credit back.
